1. About Scoubee
Scoubee operates a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale and sourcing service. The website displays products for enquiry only; it is not a direct online store and does not show prices.
2. Enquiries and orders
Submitting an enquiry is a request for a quote, not a confirmed order. An order exists only once we issue a written quote or invoice and you accept it. Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Pricing and minimum orders
Prices are provided on enquiry and minimum order quantities apply. Prices may change with market conditions until a quote is confirmed.
4. Product information and images
Product images are indicative. Actual items, packaging, colours and specifications may vary. Descriptions are provided in good faith and should be confirmed at the quote stage.
5. Payment, delivery and returns
Payment terms are as set out in your quote (typically 50% advance). Lead times are estimates and we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to inspection.
6. Intellectual property & liability
The Scoubee name, logo and site content are our property and may not be used without permission. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
